Pete Fullerton, PhD, RPh. Prior to founding SPI, he was Vice President and Associate Vice President for a large (1.1 million member) MCO pharmacy program in Seattle — a program that received the Blue Cross Blue Shield national award in 2000 for best practices and innovation. His background includes over 20 years of university teaching and research; and a range of leadership positions, including Dean of Pharmacy (University of Utah), Associate Vice President (Oregon State University), Professor of Pharmacy (University of Washington), and Board of Directors of the International Society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR). He also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Value in Health. The professional background of the SPI group comprises a unique blend of managed care business acumen, clinical expertise, technical writing proficiency, and teaching experience. This combination of skills allows us to strategically analyze, research, and transform data into exceptional dossiers, economic models, continuing education, and other types of publications or presentations.
